The 2019 Peace Festival will be held on Saturday, June 22. Please read all of the below registration information carefully before completing the registration forms at the bottom of the page.
All Exhibitors and Vendors must register through this website. No walk-ups will be allowed on the day of the event. Space is limited, register now!
For All Exhibitors and Vendors
All Exhibitors and Vendors will be provided with one table and two chairs. Circle Up Indy will not provide tents or awnings; these will be the responsibility of the Exhibitor or Vendor, and may be no larger than 10′ x 10′ pop-up tent. If you have other special requirements, please give this information in the space provided on the registration form and we will try to meet your request.
You will be provided with detailed information about where to set up, parking arrangements and other necessary information by email prior to the event. Additionally, you will receive information about how to verify your registration as an Exhibitor or Vendor prior to the event in order to confirm your attendance and reserve your space. Volunteers and Staff will be on hand during the event to answer questions and provide assistance.
Exhibitors are organizations that will not be selling any products during the event.
This is the perfect time to reach out to the community and tell them about your organization, club or program. Recruit volunteers, connect with possible clients, or just enjoy the day and let people know your group wants to improve the community.
There is no registration fee for Exhibitors. You can register as an Exhibitor now!
Vendors are organizations who will be selling a product (crafts, food, services, etc.) during the event.
We expect the largest turnout ever for this year’s event, but potential business is only part of the reason your company should be here. By showing up, you build brand familiarity within the community and show your support for customers goes beyond selling a product.
All vendors are required to have proper permits and licences, and to be able to provide documentation of the same upon request. Vendors selling food that is not prepackaged may be required to have a Temporary Food Permit or other licencing from the State of Indiana or the Marion County Health Department. Fees for any such licencing are the responsibility of the Vendor. All Vendors should be aware that by registering they are acknowledging that they meet Circle Up Indy’s requirements and any licencing or permit requirements.
There is a $45 registration fee for Vendors, which you can submit through PayPal, or by contacting us after you receive your confirmation email.
