To sign up as a Vendor for the 2021 Peace Festival, complete the Vendor Registration below. If you will be selling merchandise, or services there is a $50.00 fee. If you will not be selling anything, there is no fee. If you have special certifications which may relate to the area you are requesting (first responder, CPR, emergency management, Safe Serve, etc.), please indicate that on the form, to assist us with your placement.

Food and Drinks will be available, but if you have special dietary needs you should consider bringing your own refreshments. This is a very intense outdoor event, so please be well-rested, and wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Please bring your own Pop Up Tent (No Larger Than 10 x 10), as you will be in direct sun; be prepared for hot weather and the possibility of rain.

You will receive information by email about how to verify your registration prior to the event in order to confirm your attendance and reserve your space as well as detailed information about where to set up parking arrangements, and other necessary information; so please make sure your information is accurate before submitting!

Circle Up Indy, its Sponsors, Partners, and associates will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. All efforts will be made to make reasonable accommodations. Volunteers and Staff will be available throughout the day to assist you—don’t hesitate to ask for help. We want to make sure that all our Guests, Sponsors, and Vendors have a great event!
